Accounts Assistant

As an Accounts Assistant you will report and provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance Officer.


  • Processing and coding invoices and receipts;
  • Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable and sales invoice transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;
  • To be dealing with accounts payables and accounts receivables, reconciliation and reporting;
  • Recording transactions;
  • Project works;
  • Working closely under the supervision of the Finance Officer;
  • Ad hoc support to Finance Officer and other senior management;



Diploma/Certificate in Accounting
Competent in IT systems and packages
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role


Solid experience and working knowledge on Sage 50
Strong bookkeeping skills
Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and maintain general ledgers
Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee’s files
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Packages


Knowledge of arts and particular interest in photography
