The Prix Pictet - Earth

The Prix Pictet 2009 Earth exhibition is currently touring the world. Following the awards exhibition at the Passage de Retz Gallery in Paris last October/November, the tour of the works shortlisted for the 2009 prize began at the Thessaloniki Museum of Photography in Greece last December, and then travelled to The Empty Quarter Gallery in Dubai. The exhibition is currently on display at the Eindhoven University of Technology until 18 April. It will then be at the Dublin Gallery of Photography and the Moscow House of Photography in May. In June the Musée de L’Elysée, Lausanne will show work by the two winners of the Prix Pictet (Benoit Aquin and Nadav Kander) and the two Commissioned artists (Munem Wasif and Ed Kashi). Other tour venues include The Hague, Bonn, Moscow, Geneva, Berlin and Madrid. Further dates and venues will be announced during the year.
