We have an unparalleled track record for initiation and production of major international cultural projects. These have included the acclaimed partnership between CERN and thirteen of Europe's leading visual artists that resulted in Signatures of the Invisible, an exhibition that toured the world and ended its run at PS1 in New York in 2003.

In 2005 we designed the European Art Prize for the Sovereign Art Foundation. Since then we have built an extensive European network of advisers and brokered relationships with major organisations including the Hayward Gallery, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, Bonhams, A Foundation and 2008 charity partner Kids Co. The team has just secured Jarvis Cocker's agreement to act as a judge for the 2008 Sovereign European Art Prize. He joins, among others, Honorary Chair Sir Peter Blake and Tim Marlow (White Cube). We are building currently on this experience to design a European student art prize for UCTV.

We were one of the architects the Gulf Art Fair in Dubai 2007 where we developed a programme of artists, projects that included Conrad Shawcross, Emily Young and the distinguished Iranian sculptor Parviz Tanavoli. Our Iranian connection has grown stronger in 2007 with our support for Collected Memories – an exhibition of paintings by emerging Iranian artists in London - and Magical Nights in Dubai , a major fundraising programme from Magic of Persia. Magical Nights will include a charitable auction (by Christie's) of works donated by 30 of Iran's leading artists (including Shirin Neshat, Parviz Tanavoli and Abbas Kiarostami). Candlestar is pleased to have worked with Magic of Persia to broker major associations and support in Dubai for this event.
