Candlestar was instrumental in assisting INTO University Partnerships to receive extensive coverage in the January 17 edition of The Economist. INTO prepares international students for undergraduate and postgraduate study in some of the UK's best universities. The new international student Centre opened its doors in September, in the heart of the University of East Anglia campus, in Norwich.

David Jobbins, head of education at Candlestar, is to lead discussions in the first session of the 4th Conference of the International Ranking Expert Group (IREG-4) on International and National Academic Ranking in Asthana, Kazakhstan, in June 2009.
